| AKON has produced several models of DFD's covering the frequency range of 0.5 GHz to 18.0 GHz. Our DFD's can be used with internal or external triggering and most have built-in circuitry for C.W. detection, the ability to measure frequency of pulsed signals for the case of Pulse on C.W. and Pulse on Pulse. 500 MHz bandwidth DFD's with 9 Bit resolution and external triggering operating from +10 to +16 dBm (0.5-1.0 GHz, 0.75-1.25 GHz, 2.0-2.5 GHz etc.) have been produced in 3.5"x3.5x1.0" size. DFD's in 2-6 GHz and 6-18 GHz have been produced in production quantities with 14 Bit resolution.
