MECHANICAL ENGINEER

AKON is hiring Mechanical Engineers at our headquarters in Jose, CA (2135 Ringwood Avenue, San Jose, CA 95131) Some duties include: performing engineering analysis including finite element analysis for new and existing designs to meet customer performance, weight, cost, thermal, structural and vibration analysis as well as compliance with design requirements. Responsible for designing component level microwave modules and subsystems. Conduct circuit layout using 2D draft software and mechanical design using 3D software tools. Responsible for the development of engineering drawings including plans and specifications based on analysis, etc.

Masters Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
At least 1 year experience

RF ASSEMBLER

Requirements:
Three to five years experience in:
                  Quality Control
                  Visual Inspection
                  Reading Diagrams
                  Using a Microscope
                  Using small tools such as tweezers
                  Die Attach
                  Ball Bonding
                  Wedge Bonding
                  Soldering
                  Gap Welding
